Talk to us
Write to the address below. A person reads it and usually answers within one working day. No ticket number, no autoresponder loop, no sales sequence.
We do not run a mailing list. Writing to us does not subscribe you to anything.
Three things this address is for
Ask before you order
Not sure the fix pack fits your site? Send the URL and what you are trying to achieve. You get an answer about whether it is the right job — including when the honest answer is that it is not.
Ask a question →Submit a product for measurement
The submit page asks for the domain, one sentence on what the product does, and the query you think it should be cited for. We run it through the same method as everything else on this site, and it goes into the directory with its real numbers — including a zero.
Go to the submit page →Tell us a number is wrong
Every figure on this site is recomputed from the raw run records by one script, so a wrong number is a bug, not an opinion. Point at the page and the number and we will either fix it or show you the runs behind it.
Report a number →What happens to what you send
Your message sits in one mailbox and nowhere else. We do not add it to a CRM, we do not paste it into a marketing tool, and we do not use your site as a case study without asking first. If you ask a question and decide not to order, the thread is simply over.
Product submissions are different: if you ask us to measure your domain, the measurement is published. That is the point of submitting, and it is why the numbers are shown even when they are unflattering. You can ask us to take a listing down at any time.
